Player of The Week: JuiceyNana
Another POTW has arrived! A couple of days late (blame Fen), apologies for that. This time our interviewee is JuiceyNana from Team Astrantia! She's been with the org for quite a while now, and has been a consistent Ball and most recently Sigma player for the T3 NA team. Here's her interview!
1: Describe your time so far in Astrantia before the transition, and then the transition to Antheia. How has it been so far, and what do you look forward to the most? It's been fantastic and I couldn't ask for a better team. I'm definitely looking forward to improving my playstyle, cause if you couldn't tell already I'm a feeder. 2: What was it like to be moved from Amaryllis to Astrantia team? To be completely honest I wasn't expecting to move up this quickly. I'm happy that they think I'm capable of being up there with them. I'm a lot more comfortable up here too since Astrantia is my go to squad for ladder. 3: What is it about Wrecking Ball and Sigma that draws you to them when it comes to deciding who to main? Hammond is the cutest thing on the planet, but also everything I wanted in a tank. Mobility. That's why I enjoy Sigma so much with his shield. He gives me the ability to create space without feeding as much as I do with Rein. Also throwing a boulder at a deflecting Genji is always a bonus. 4: What's your thoughts on the current meta of using double shields for tanks? Is it suiting to your playstyle or something you would prefer to not run? This meta got me feeling some type of way. It ain't the good type either. It's way too passive for me. The tank lineup has been very important too. If you aren't running double shield into double shield you're gonna have a bad time. Wrecking Ball seems completely dead cause there's always a Mei/Reaper just waiting behind the enemy barrier. I'd feel a lot better about without role lock. 5: Any piece of advice for someone thinking of joining a group? Be yourself and be open to listen to criticism. Trust me when I say you won't regret it. I've found a second family here and I couldn't be happier.
Thank you for reading! We'll be back next week with another interview.
